I am happy to report that, after tips, guides, and rerouting, I have overcome the roadblock and am back in the Fantasian groove 😤 A lot of the fights really can only be beaten one specific way, with specific equipment and skills, so if you haven’t gotten them yet, you are just screwed!! 💀

I love Fantasian but I’m worried I’ve hit a roadblock in the difficulty 🥲 It’s been challenging but doable til now, but all the stuff around level ~50 is just really rough… And since you can’t really grind, I’m feeling discouraged. 🫠 I really want to see it through, though!! 😭

There's actually a good video essay out there detailing the historical and cultural reasons why it's always god at the end. As for fighting just dudes at the end, iirc Tales games are usually good with that?
