I’ve been using Safari full time for a week. I’m not switching back. Here’s my experience so far 🧵

While definitely a bit closer to an alpha release, Horse browser is a fun one to play with. It's a chromium browser but reimagines tabs as a chronological tree hierarchy. Always interesting to see new takes on an otherwise pretty stale UI ☺️ browser.horse

Definitely on my watchlist! But lack of extensions is a no go for me. Need apple passwords at the very least. Plus… not sure about a paid browser. IM fine paying, but it feels awkward to recommend to others when it’s $60 for life

i’m working on making extensions happen, it’s been a massive hurdle for people to switch over as for the price, we’re not ramen profitable yet so we really can’t do any better at the moment…

Fwiw I personally don't think the price is wrong. $20 is (sadly) the price of a good cocktail here in NYC now so how one would complain about paying that for a piece of software they use hours a day is hard to grasp. That being said, you're "competing" in a market where "Free" is commonly...
