Introducing Hubble: the best notepad for you and your agents. - Feels like Notion or Apples Notes, but for Markdown - Live-reloading editor to collaborate with agents - Supports HTML-based apps to build interactive visualizations Free and open-source 👉 hubble.md

Code diffs aren't the only measure of agent quality. Efficiency matters too! Ex: We found agents spinning their wheels working around problems in our test harness. This silently wasted hundreds of tool calls in aggregate. I presented a system to detect this at AI Engineer

We made a skill for assessing the risk of merging a PR: /merge-risk This addresses the code review bottleneck by letting devs trust the agent for lower risk changes. It grades risk across 5 categories: alignment, impact, verification, rollback cost, and error detection.

At @aiDotEngineer, I presented our skill called /skill-doctor. It's a skill to improve your agent skills. It aggregates your past agent sessions, grades their quality, and propose improvements to fix common failures.

Thanks for having me @aiDotEngineer. It was my first time speaking with such a packed audience – standing room only! I guess agent self-improvement is a very exciting topic for folks right now. It should be on YouTube soon for those who missed it. Will share clips

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Warp booth! Don't worry, we have more Warpy plushies for the next one

And now, you can find changelogs directly in Hubble to cheer on the community! "See what's new" after you update, or find in the ⌘, settings menu at any time hubble.md ⬇️

The Hubble.md notes app now has a built-in terminal 💽 - Run your favorite agents to work with and organize your notes - Use "chat about this note" to hop in a conversation with that file straight away - Rename terminal tabs for easy tracking

"Chat with this note" is fully customizable too. Go to Settings (⌘,) to set to your favorite agent CLI, model preference, and initial prompt

Update: Hubble now runs on Windows! Took multiple hours on a Friday night to set up a VM on my Mac to test... but we got there 😄 Shout out to saucy-tech for making the PR! Works on x86 and ARM.

Just shipped Hubble v0.1.14: - We support Linux now! Works for x86 and ARM devices. Shout out to @israelferreira.dev for the PR 🙌 - You can zoom the app window! Yes, we launched without it, but it's here now 😄 - You can add folders, and type nested paths to generate in a chain

With the /create-html-app Skill, an agent can build mini-apps with live access to your data, themed to look nice with built-in Tailwind design tokens. - Build indexes that live-update as you take notes - Build todo lists or kanbans backed by files on your machine

Hubble's great for anything Markdown, from building knowledge bases to collaborating on agent Skills. The editor autosaves and live-reloads, making it easy to collaborate with an agent. Used it just now to patch Hubble's skills before launch!

Warp now supports the file tree and code review over SSH connections. We've also added full coding capabilities to the Warp Agent over SSH (namely file editing and codebase indexing). Just install the SSH extension the next time you start a session

You can now connect your @openrouter.bsky.social URL directly to the Warp Agent. OpenRouter unlocks a world of models including Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, and more, all with better prices and uptime. Set your URL, model, and an alias to easily switch using /model.

Four community PRs merged in the past 48 hours for Warp. Windows fixes, UX consistency, and tab config input. Here's what shipped 🧵

A lot of smart people seem to be betting on Electron instead of Tauri. Beyond chrome devtools availability and simpler cross-platform testing (which are huge reasons) why pick Electron? I do like that Tauri has an opinionated bundling and OTA update solution. Electron is DIY

Feel like a guide on switching to the Codex CLI for Claude Code users would be helpful. Anyone make the switch? What are biggest painpoints moving your setup over?

I was getting really annoyed with TipTap + Prosemirror, so I decided to give Slate a try. ...Man, where has this library been my whole life 🥹 This bulleted list demo took me weeks to get half-working in TipTap. In slate, it took a couple hours (with Codex's help).

After open-sourcing the terminal, we started asking... what else should we open-source? Well, now we've open-sourced our docs. Docs lead Hong Yi wrote about how we migrated from a CMS to a GitHub repo of Markdown files with @astro.build. We built the proof-of-concept in just 3 hours.

Now that Warp is open-source, we also want to be more open about how Warp works. So, David Stern (lead eng) wrote an article breaking down every aspect of Warp's core primitive: the block model. You'll learn how Warp interprets commands, renders character grids, uses sumtrees, and more.

I used @convex.dev to build a file sync service, and it was surprisingly simple. ✅ JS CLI + the chokidar library to watch for file ops ✅ Asset upload / download APIs built-in to Convex for images ✅ Uses simple data tables with soft delete for Markdown files Fun weekend hack. Would you use it?

Markdown editors rarely get image pasting right, so I tackled that early for Hubble. ✅ Images paste to a file instead of base64, under FILENAME.assets/. This will be configurable ✅ Pasting the same image twice resolves to the same file name ✅ Original resolution is preserved

This is inspired by Typora, which weirdly defaults to base64. Had to ask GPT before realizing it was configurable! I want to mirror these options, but more clearly call out with a toast where images go and how to change the setting

Adding the "Tips & Tools" section for the Astro newsletter today, and you can really see the (helpful!) difference @npmx.dev provides when checking out NPM packages! (Notably, vulnerabilities and "versions behind" warnings in dependencies.)

I’ve instructed Claude to question anything I ask it to do and to always use modern web technologies, and it’s glorious. 😀
