But, our local law enforcement agencies are solving many more cases and putting more criminals in jail. If you're not doing anything wrong, and your government is NOT corrupt, cameras should not affect your life.

If the government thinks disagreeing makes one human garbage and arrests you for dissent, it becomes a political weapon of revenge. I thought like you many years ago. When the prez doesn't obey the law and has proven capable of a violent insurrection, it is not safe. Your answer is too simplistic.
