We published our very first Benefit Report. It’s a look at what we’ve built, the impact we’re starting to see, and what we’re still figuring out. Plenty of that last part. Have a read, and let us know if you have questions!

1) Disappointed that this report is not an accessible/tagged PDF or otherwise offered as an HTML webpage. Also accessibility was mentioned as a future goal but no report on current accessibility achievements. At minimum, you should be able to speak to QA testing for keyboard/assistive tech...

2) "Designed data-limiting identity verification using Canada Post’s on-device verification system and institutional email options" Can you elaborate what the Canada Post verification does? What is considered an institutional email address?

We are getting an accessible/tagged PDF together. Will make sure any reporting we publish moving forward is accessible. Thanks for the push on it. Accessibility is one of the big consideration behind web. It's definitely going to be an ongoing process though.
