There are mistakes in filings, but they usually receive swift corrections. There have been intentionally false filings, and some people have gone to prison for it. If it is wrong, I think it would be overly optimistic forecasts: I think the people running the AI stuff are believers.

It's out now. The S-1 lists the ticker as ANT on Nasdaq, but the price range and share count are still blank, so the $2T valuation going around is reporting, not the filing.
