Computers cannot make judgement calls. Any actual AI expert would be able to tell you that. The AI salesmen won't, though. They want to close a sale.

IBM knew in 1979 that computers should not be making management decisions because they cannot be held to account. 47 years later, and we have aged care "algorithms" making decisions that cannot be easily changed if incorrect. This is madness.
