This is an obvious hit piece. Did he actually break any campaign finance laws? The article doesn't say-- likely NOT. It just throws up a bunch of quotes from anonymous sources about how he's funding a "lavish lifestyle". Then it tries to smear him just because he was friends with Swallwell. LAME.

Very disappointing, and frankly, disqualifying. It’s not enough for the Democratic Party to regain power. They have to fundamentally change the power structures in this country, and a candidate who is doing this doesn’t have the moral authority required to get it done.

OK so where do we find this candidate that is better at this stage of the campaign with a chance to win? Oh well, better just vote Republican. THAT will show those stupid Democrats!

No he’s not, this isn’t even illegal. All of these politicians have PACs that fund all of these expenses. I think Dems should run on making this illegal! But as long as it’s legal, he’s not going anywhere

There are different pots of money you can use for different things. You can have your own PAC called a leadership PAC, and it’s basically a legal slush fund. They suck, they shouldn’t exist — but these expenses are not only allowable, they’re designed for this purpose.
