In the US we have access to information and points of view on TikTok that is not as easily accessed otherwise because our mainstream media is worthless. Thus encouraging us to research and be more well informed as a whole. This is why they want it banned. Freedom of speech must be upheld.

Apart from this tik tok propaganda is extensively radicalising people against minorities. All sorts of conspiracies, all sorts of completely fake information, all sorts of extremely violent propaganda. In my country there are mobs of young people who go on crusades against minorities.
