I'm sick of making posts here about the deaths of people I've enjoyed, so I'm not gonna. There's just...way too many of them this year. I'm tired.

Gonna be honest, between devs sneaking AI assets into their work and the constant corporate layoffs that cause upcoming games to get cancelled, it's gonna be real hard for me to care or even remotely get hyped about world premieres in the VGAs and Summer Game Fests going forward.

I want to be wrong on this, but I feel like I'm one of the few left who is still a diehard Deadman Wonderland fan. I could read all 13 chapters of the manga and talk about it with folks for hours. The story just scratches my brain just right y'know?

Hope we're all doing relatively ok tonight Bluesky. Had to cancel plans with a friend of mine for the weekend so I guess I have more freedom. Thought about going to the library and eating apples lately. Not in that order.

I know this meme has been overused to hell and back, but I have to say it folks. We actually got Apu back before GTA VI.

I don't know how I managed to be so late to this news, but Konzetsu was one of my favorite VTuber's man. He was such a chill guy and...finding out he passed away back in May just....god I wish I had known sooner instead of in the middle of fucking October.

As someone who has been a Metallica fan for years, The recent shit the lead singer said during a recent concert they did absolutely hurts. I feel betrayed man.

At the Cleveland Anime Fest yesterday, I got to meet some incredibly kind and very amazing voice actors. They were Bob Carter, Tiffany Grant and @garylittman.bsky.social . They were all very kind and awesome people and I'm honored to have gotten to make their days just as they had made mine. ^_^

I went to the Cleveland Anime Festival convention (which strangely enough, was in Westlake not actually Cleveland) and I had a very fun time and purchased plenty of really cool stuff. I'll do a separate post regarding the guests I met there in the morning. For now, enjoy some stuff I bought there.

It's honestly going to take a long while for me to process this. I never followed his career in it's entirety, but what I did see during his time in both WWE and in his early days in AEW were nothing short of amazing, even if the former didn't use him correctly. RIP man. That's all I'll say.

Apparently Neville...better known by his name in AEW as "PAC" is dead. I...genuinely don't know how to process this news.

...I wonder if any of my school friends I graduated with back in 2013 moved on to become VTubers. It'd be really funny if some of the folks I became a fan of these days, turned out to be my friends from back then.

Got to clear up most of my busy schedule for September. Now I just got a chill free week to do whatever till next week where I'll start to get ready for the Anime Fest convention that'll be happening in my neck of the woods.

Late but,

Decided to watch a walkthrough of the Wolverine game (Since I do not own a current gen console and probably never will.) It's...ok. Not memorable in the slightest to me, but like, there was an attempt to do something with this game and it's story.

"We all wear masks, Spider Man. But which one is real? The one that hides your face, or the one that is your face?" This line speaks to me whenever someone gets cancelled on the internet or when someone who tries to cancel someone proven innocent winds up being cancelled themselves.

I went to the Cleveland Gaming Classic convention yesterday and got a lot of cool things from it. Was worth every penny I spent. Had a very good time despite how much I was sweating by the end.

I dunno about any of you if you've tried them, but those new Burger King nuggets are disgusting. It's everything people say McDonald's nuggets are. Dry, bland and filled up slop. Barely even taste like chicken. At least with McDonald's nuggs, they have a kick to them, but BK downgraded hard.

Been bingewatching VTubers reacting to AL Bundy's best insults in Married... with Children. It's incredible how a good majority of the fat jokes and crude insults were written by women. Makes me think about how often ladies were bullied verbally by other ladies and how much it would affect them.
