He's probably MS-13 and He was probably abusing his his wife, but we won't know that until we drag him back here and do our due process so we can probably boot him back out again.

Why use our tax dollars to pay ES to store prisoners? We have lots of horrible for-profit prisons here. As a certain 34-count felon knows, getting through the court system takes a while. No one has benefited more from it than him.

WHY PROTEST? Because it is easier than hiding a family in your attic. That's what my grandparents did with several Jewish families and children in Antwerp before smuggling them to Spain!

More democrats should be speaking on this. This isn’t a complicated issue to be afraid of regardless of how the maga regime tries to spin it. We all spoke out against torture but it didn’t mean we were standing up for the terrorist.

Weather I agree with Mr. Garcia has a legal right to be here, or that he might be a gang member, or that he might be a criminal. He has a right to have his day in court. If Trump and his cult can spit on his constitutional rights, he can surely do that to ours! No! TRUMP! Resign now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer got a defense teams and due process. Even though the evidence was staggering that they were guilty and that their crimes were beyond horrific. Due process isn't only for 'good guys' it is literally for everyone or it is for no one.

Exactly. Constitutional Rights are universal & not afforded only to those deemed perfect or good enough by the masses. The masses are, in fact, ignorant by virtually any measure. 54% of US adults cannot read, write or comprehend anything better than the avg 6th grader. 20%+ are entirely illiterate.
