If we want secure jobs, a safe climate for the next generation & true energy independence the only route is through renewables. We know it works, it lower bills & makes us safe from energy shocks. We just need politicians brave enough to stand up to the oil & gas lobby & their mates in Reform.

Nope, the fact they still invest in new fossil fuel developments negates it. Also the fact NONE of these benefits are seen by the masses. No matter what the old parties do it increases in cost for average citizens. Privatised energy in general is just stupid.

Couple of things A) how are they investing in fossil fuel? B) even if they were, how is renewables investment negated? C) labour have been in less than 2 years, how quickly do you think these projects can be up & running? D) the Greens plans won’t work
