Not that this isn't worth keeping an eye on but /Sam.gov says it's an RFI, am I missing something?

It’s an RFI that already has an expected contract award date of December 2026. That means that the RFP process would have to move within the next month. Considering it moved from forecast to RFI within one week tells us that this is much farther ahead than it appears.
