Thank you for the information PSB provides, the good, the bad, the terribly ugly side of DHS. How can this be stopped? No one should apply. DHS/ICE have "intel analysts/bounty hunters" tracking humans, ignoring the rights of all being tracked.

Have only given the SOW a quick scan, but I'm wondering if this might not be limited only to locating immigrants. Maybe I'm reading too much into the name.

That is correct. It never specifically says "immigrants" or "non-citizens." It refers only to "alien registration numbers" and "removal operations" a handful of times.

Ugh. With NSPM-7 on my mind, this feels...broad.

Not that this isn't worth keeping an eye on but /Sam.gov says it's an RFI, am I missing something?

It’s an RFI that already has an expected contract award date of December 2026. That means that the RFP process would have to move within the next month. Considering it moved from forecast to RFI within one week tells us that this is much farther ahead than it appears.
