President Donald Trump wants to spend $1.5 trillion on defense next year. Adjusted for inflation, that would be more than the U.S. spent annually on defense during the height of World War II. (Published August)

Billionaires are created & sustained by the US taxpayers through the rich man's welfare program, the never successfully audited military contract process. Super computers are built by the military that can't do simple accounting.

Irresponsible spending in the defense department has been unsustainable for a long time now. There needs to be accountability and budget restructuring to bring defense spending under control and still deliver new capabilities and to mass produce tried and tested capabilities for our defense.

🛑🛑🛑 🫥🪓 The level of distrust in 🖕trump is so strong that every American doubts... 🇺🇸🗽 🔥🔥🔥 Indeed, if Biden were there, there would be discussions about the feasibility of such a budget. 💲☠️ 🆘🆘🆘 With 🖕trump, there is certainty that money is being stolen.

NO, dammit, NO. We should not be handing over our tax dollars to these criminal sociopaths. Kegsbreath fired the finest of our military and abused our kids out at sea in the strait. Trump insults our veterans and he’ll steal $3 for every $1 allocated to the defense budget. NO MORE

Since 2024 the U.S. has been spending more money servicing It’s debt, than on defense. According to Ferguson’s law, the U.S. is now a nation in decline. The irony of it all, is half the reason we have so much debt is because of our defense spending.

Not with a Dem / Indy Congress they wont. The current Congress is asleep at the wheel enjoying all their perks and luxuries of long vacations and "here no evil - see no evil- speak no evil" monkey routine. Nov 3 that changes- VOTE!!!

There is no spending so rife with corruption, pork, greed, and waste as military spending, yet it remains BY FAR the largest part of our discretionary budget. Ike warned us about the dangers of the military/industrial complex. Too bad we didn't listen.

So we can lose another war due to strategic blunders by know-nothing political hacks and sycophant generals willing to commit war crimes? What’s the point of investing so much in a tool that can be wasted so throughly for nothing?

Just think how much MORE economic damage to US and the whole world it would buy… not to mention all crimes against humanity… they are much cheaper when you can commit them wholesale. We have to start cutting our defense budget. Trump’s administration clearly showed us it useless.

If there is not 1000 people surveilling and hacking Vought (and crew) we are done. Fired fbi, fired cia, fired doj, fired anybody. Better be hacking Vought. Tailing Vought ready to cut power to his headquarters. We the people have a duty to perform. Is there anyone who will defend fairness? #Resist

On September 10, 2001, the United States spent more on national defense than the next eight countries combined. All of those billions couldn’t stop 17 religious fanatics from changing our country and the world in a negative way forever. We spent too much on war and not enough on peace.

The military budget is a slush fund like never seen before. Of course he wants it huge, he can skim the hell out of it. Just like a casino but 1000 times bigger and already bankrupt.

Republicans are going to try to ram through another huge increase for the “Department of War” and attach as many of their bad policies to it possible. Dems must break with tradition and only agree to short term funding with no toxic riders until the next Congress sets a new agenda. Will they do it?

He doesn’t understand you have to have limits on things. He’s a rich white man no one ever says the word *no* to and he thinks someone weaponized the word affordability to be mean to him

US - a nation that already spends more than the next 8 nations 'combined' - and has for years...💣 US - a nation $40 Trillion in debt💰 Height of fiscal irresponsibility - meanwhile Trump regime idiotic, chaotic, irresponsible actions have made our nation massively 'less secure' Never forget #Vote 🌊🌊
