pds as a service almost ready. federation working, account creation working, just need to test custom domains next (probably the most important part) the site is not ready, it'll just 404 if you try to access it. but follow @protobase.at to keep up now that it's really happening

nah i love your notes, they help a lot! (this is why i haven’t worked on new offprint stuff this week lol) but sure thing, once i know it’s stable enough for testers ill get you in!

You know I’m here for this! I’m ready to try it out! Got an app I could get back to with this in mind! Also, are you exclusively targeting this at app devs vs folks who want their own PDS but don’t want to host it themselves? Curious from the business side!

For now yes, app devs are the target audience. I don’t think there’s a huge market of end users that will want to host a pds for themselves/friends. At least right now. Though that’s where this idea was conceived from initially, so I’m ready for that too lol
