I’m in love with that blue right under her chin and on her shoulder.

Ahhh, initially thought it was transferred to digital for coloring, then later noticed parts of the texture on the second image that made it look potentially painted irl, but figured maybe it was Corel Painter. Makes sense. Keep at it, fellow art peepo. Hope to work on a project some day.
