Going to be interesting to see how these folks attack admissions for entering class being 2/3 female (or more) Will the next disparate impact decision from USSC find its discrimination against men to admit women with better grades, test scores and curriculum?

That’s apples and oranges. We hire admins to comply with funding policies. This is being extorted to hire admins to make an investigation go away. You are aware of the difference, yes?

oh yes but the point is that unis already are required by the fed gov't to hire lots and lots of admins so what is a few more ?
