This was a great read! I really found the bit about "2 hours a day, every work day" particularly interesting. Do you have any tips on how you break down a new feature into 2 hour work sessions? Do you use any project management tools to manage your backlog?

Loved this article! One thing you mentioned was “as I keep a full time job so that I can build the business the way I want”. I’d be curious how that works practically. I assume you negotiated that with your day job and they don’t have the rights to IP from outside of work hours?
