The new TOS replaces the California office with the new location in Texas. So, Texas state law governs the new TOS. I don't see anything about force arbitration, but this is Texas...

Interesting. They removed this clause, and didn't replace it:

If you view more than 1 million posts (replies too), within 24 hours, you will be charged $15,000 USD per 1 million posts!! LOL

Not to defend them, but that sounds like (one) fairly reasonable response to automated scraping, no? Ain't no way a human could view a million posts per day, but a bot certainly could...
