2/2 to preserve brain they’d cool his body with chilled saline after ROSC & then slowly warm him back up. Even during CPR, there is often not enough pressure to perfuse kidneys with blood, patients are often in multiple organ failure. Many have anoxic brain damage. The odds are against him…
