Who has written interestingly or researching the relationship between climate and the far right? Especially on policy design. Doesn't have to be UK, in fact helpful if broader lessons

This short report might help - we held a conference on the politics of climate change in 2021, has discussions on the political economy and right-wing backlash. www.cer.eu/publications...
The end of all wars has a lot to add, including the policies which bridge divides and restore the planet - a fictional planet, true, but quite interesting thoughts. the-end-of-all-wars.net/planet-one-t...
Ohh interesting - please do share what you find. @nvondarza.bsky.social don't know if you might have come across work on this in your far right research? (Appreciate you didn't look at climate/transition, but never know)
Maybe the following papers are of interest to you: bsky.app/profile/pleh...
Analysis of the electoral impact of German legislation aiming to phase out fossil-fueled heating systems. Main finding: Material costs of the policy, proxied by the characteristics of the local building stock, led to relative gains for the right-wing populist party. By @mkalkuhl.bsky.social et al.
@jacobedenhofer.bsky.social and @chflachsland.bsky.social can possibly add more.
@doctorvive.bsky.social is particularly focused on this now. I'm working on a few things on the origins of the "new-right" and environmentalism, and I have something coming out in the near future on some research into climate concern among these groups.
