Hi! We've had multiple people from Norway lose their packages because they ordered to PO-boxes or kiosks in Sweden. We explicitly warn against doing this on our checkout page, as the only addresses we know to be reliably reachable are home addresses.

That's why we only offer refunds or reships to packages addressed to valid home addresses- if we had the capacity to check every shipping address individually we wouldn't even have shipped these lost packages in the first place.

Should any of you have any recommendations regarding a service that allows reliable reception of Post Nord packages in Sweden so that Norwegians may pick them up, feel free to share it with us and we'll do our best to refer to it.

An option is to send them to postnord's poste restante, they take anything and you can pick up as long as you have a valid ID. It's reliable and trackable in my experience (as long as the package is handled by postnord) but it takes a long time for stuff to get sent back if needed afaik.
