Bulk orders will be closed temporarily due to the current high volume of orders. We're working on fulfilling all current orders before taking any new ones. As a reminder: Bulk orders aren't preorders and are not a way to get products any faster. Bulk orders are shipped when restocks occur.

We'll announce a date for that drop next week. We're planning on restocking our standard 40mg/ml EEn in MCT oil, as well as making our highly concentrated 80mg/ml EEn in 5ml vials available for the first time.

Our biggest restock is just one week away! On the 18th we will restock EEn in MCT oil with vials becoming available in the morning and evening. From today onwards we will also temporarily stop accepting new bulk orders to focus on web orders.

Hey all! Since we're restocking on Sunday the 18th, we will stop accepting new bulk orders THIS Sunday (on the 11th). Bulk orders placed after this date will be fulfilled at a later date, as we'll focus on shipping web orders. If you still want to place a bulk order, now's the time!

We've had some casual conversations about this with most brewers over the last few days and there's two overwhelmingly common themes: 1. There's no mass panic buying of large order quatites. 2. Yeah, 1 vial is the most common order we get and we'd really appreciate it if that changed.

Hi! We've had multiple people from Norway lose their packages because they ordered to PO-boxes or kiosks in Sweden. We explicitly warn against doing this on our checkout page, as the only addresses we know to be reliably reachable are home addresses.

Should any of you have any recommendations regarding a service that allows reliable reception of Post Nord packages in Sweden so that Norwegians may pick them up, feel free to share it with us and we'll do our best to refer to it.

Hi! We've had multiple people from Norway lose their packages because they ordered to PO-boxes or kiosks in Sweden. We explicitly warn against doing this on our checkout page, as the only addresses we know to be reliably reachable are home addresses.

That's why we only offer refunds or reships to packages addressed to valid home addresses- if we had the capacity to check every shipping address individually we wouldn't even have shipped these lost packages in the first place.

While we aren't planning on imposing minimums, ordering two vials is generally the better choice. There's no guarantee that any brewer has stock right when you need it, so planning ahead is always a good choice.

A minimum order quantity of 2 used to be the norm for brewers, I don't think it'd be a bad idea to move back in that direction.

Shipping is our biggest bottleneck tho, so we'd appreciate orders of more than one vial or group orders. Not having to ship out each vial individually allows us to get more HRT out there faster.

If you contact us about a bulk order, we'll put you on an internal "waiting list" and make sure we produce enough in our next batch. Once that's finished, you'll get to place your final order at the same time as everyone else.

There's a mistake on the stealth labels of our current batch of Undecylate (#2101): The vials contain 5ml, as advertised on our website, and not 10ml like it says on the label. This is purely a cosmetic mistake and all info on our website (and medical label) is correct.

Our new batch is live! Estradiol Undecylate in Castor oil is now available. Additionally, a small restock of Estradiol Enanthate in MCT Oil will hit our store today, with a larger restock of EEn in MCT and Grapeseed Oil coming soon.
