I wonder who originally thought it was a tasty idea to try Civet scat? (Let Mikey try it! He loves it!!). Someone who had no access to fresh coffee beans but had access to a Civet who did?

Really? It is supposed to be especially nice coffee. People would look for the droppings and pluck the cherries out of it to make the coffee, nowadays the civets are kept and deliberately fed coffee cherries.

If I want catshit coffee, my cats are ready to serve.
