A New Yalta summit with Putin, Trump and Xi deciding Ukraine's future without Kyiv in the room is the spheres-of-influence deal Moscow has been chasing for years. Any settlement without Ukrainian consent and binding security guarantees is a surrender staged for cameras, not peace.
