various scamps

key scamp attributes: - cute - untrustworthy - a dynamic mix of intelligence and one brain cell - the name "scamp" derives from their preferred mode of locomotion, which is scampering around - googly eyes a plus

I'm trying to think of fictional scamps, does this guy count?
