I can hear it too 🥲 thank you! 🙏🏻

Amazing. Thank you! 🤍

That looks like my third PC, the first one being this ... :)

That's a nice PC... Mine however was one of these. Yeah, I know. I'm older than dirt. 🤣

love this! also feeling rather old 😅

The nostalgia hit HARD seeing this

You had speakers! Fancy🤣

I still remember booting up the Sims 1 and saving. It took forever and I fell asleep. Woke up the next morning and it was still saving 🤣

Actually...

Actually, mine was in 1998 Acer aspire running Windows 98

*Your*

I got an Apple first. I later got a PC when Windows had a graphic interface.

O wow, I played RCT on this thing 😄

It brings back memories. I used to have a PC just like that. Thank you for making me think of those times! 😊💾

Ooh!!

This is too cute omg

Did you just call me vintage 😅😅😅

📌 I love this sm!!!!

Reminds me of the Gateways we used at work in 1993. Gateway was a great company. Gateway and Netscape was quite the combo back then.

Mine was a commodore 64 with a tape drive. That said, I love this so much!

Love this! I remember those speakers but is it the Mandela Effect? I swear the tower was taller

the perfect tin colour of those speakers. you were in all of our homes hahah. i love this. thank you!

About 25 years earlier ... That was your first pc.

I had a HP45 with dual 8in floppy drives in 1982 and got my first DOS PC in 1986 .. an Amstrad CPC. After that I built my own upgrading motherboard as technology advanced into the mid 2000,s

Omg been there haha, this is amazing 😃

I just heard the AOL dial up noise looking at this 😂

My first "tower". Still run the case...

I legit think this was the first computer I ever played The Sims on back when I was a kid 🥹 The speakers!! AH

📌

A little earlier for me - the Sinclair zx80

I love thisss, those speakers used to be in every clasroom 😭😭😭

The first one I had was like a mish mash of parts my dad took from his work. The first one I bought myself was a Dell E521. It had all kinds of nasty plastic covers inside to keep people from modifying it. Really pissed me off but it ran well for quite a long time. Was running when I got rid of it.

omg brings back so many memories of playing petz and sims

On my first computer, a mouse was a very expensive optional peripheral. 😶

This is so good. The speakers are spot on.

With just a quick google I can find that most people define vintage as something that's 20-100 years old, and it's currently the year 2024 for less than two more weeks

Adorable!

You'd have to go back to the 70s for my first computer.

Now I must need a box of floppy disks 💾 🤣 and an Oregon Trail pc box 😆

Same!! I can like feel the mesh fabric collecting dust that it sprays into the air as I blast Putt Putt 😄

Well, after I built my 1st Altair then the XT I bought, finally an IBM knockoff, ASR(maybe?), used the same 70 frickin lb monitor 😂

This is terrifingly accurate. 😳

I kinda' miss sad beige computers not gonna' lie.

Wow, so nostalgic 🩶

Ooooh I love!!!

God my childhood 😅 i can still hear the dial up buzzing ☠️

Just needs the cow print to look like mine. Silly Gateway 😂

I feel like I had this ✨exact✨ one! 😭😍

I remember the sound the speakers would make when you got a mobile call (we had ours a very long time)

This was the PC at my primary school!

A little bit lol

My first computer was a windows 98 computer my dad owned

📌

Does it make "the sound" when your Sim gets a text message? Lol

You're devious. I love it.

The little speakers are 🤌🤌

This rally is my first computer 😭😭😭

*sigh* reminds me of my grandmas pc that she had when i was a kid. Im pretty sure that was where sims was introduced into the family. it was my aunts favorite game, which turned into my moms and then mine.

📌

📌

Ah yes, two cdroms, for optimal music burning

That’s WAY better than my first computer, lol… and way newer too. #OldTechie

I really want to turn this into a real computer.

The speakers and the floppy disk ports 😭 I love this 💖

Oh boy ! That reminds me so much memories. And I wonder why but they all concern a certain game...

That really is my first computer

Vintage? 😭

oh god, i used to play the sims 1 in a computer just like this one 😭

two disk drives or one floppy drive and one disk drive? :)

Oh my god the speakers 🤣 I’m dying, this is so good!

Def looks like a PC I once had lol

OMG! The nostalgia lol This is def. what the computer I played The Sims on looked like. I think it was a Gateway computer lol

Very creative. I love it!

Sorry not at PDP-8 with a paper tape reader. That you had to boot with toggle switched loaded bootstrap.
