I was going to set up an automated one but sometimes the model vendors give me early access to things and I need to avoid accidentally leaking the model IDs - I guess I need some burner API accounts

Ecosyte.ms have latest release version for any GitHub Action & an API packages.ecosyste.ms/registries/g... which would let you do that for any Action. Going beyond latest version, you could also have it consider other risks identifiable via metadata as described in justingosses.com/blog/instruc...
