Skeets 1.30 is here 📸 Stories/Yeets have arrived - share a photo that disappears after 24 hours. And they're shared with @flashes.blue: post in either app and it shows up in both. #news #release #v1.30.0

Your stories/yeets live in a row at the top of your feed. Tap your own avatar to post one. A ring means someone has something new. Once you've watched everything the ring fades, and tapping opens their profile picture instead. Your own stories get a Stories tab on your profile.

Don’t like it? Stories/Yeets are on by default, but easy to switch off: Settings → Timeline → Feed display preferences → Show Stories Off means off — no story row, no fetching, no Stories tab.

🔐 Also in 1.30: Sign in with Eurosky/Bluesky/Blacksky/etc.. Proper OAuth sign-in, with cleaner logout and smoother account switching. App passwords still work exactly as before. 🔔 And if you use more than one account, push notifications now arrive for all of them.

Before I delete and reinstall, any known issues with the app crashing on start on iPadOS 18.7.3 (22H217)?

Could you go into iOS Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Analytics & Improvements (at the bottom) -> Analytics Data -> Skeets and send that file to hi@skeetsapp.com ?

App crashes immediately when trying to open after update. Restarting phone did not fix. iPhone 12 Pro Max. iOS 18.7.3

I am having login problems on my iPhone today after updating, with the error “The request timed out”. I have not updated my iPad yet and it still seems fine (using it for this skeet). Any other reports?
