i'd be curious to know if this trend is purely amongst cis-het peers or also in your queer peers. when your existence is inherently radical to whatever the status quo is, it's hard to fall into the lulls of conservatism

it's both, for sure. i both agree with you in general but also, it's not a panacea. tons of outright right wing queers

No, I mean, how does someone get to support people who are explicitly against you… like US immigrants voting for Trump
