I’m a civil service dinosaur but I just checked. A privacy breach like this requires Elections Alberta to notify every affected individual by paper mail or e-mail (section 53). Without unreasonable delay. POPA Section 10(2).

CBC just did a dive into the misinformation campaign fueling the dumbass Alberta separatists, many seem to originate from the Netherlands. The men in the videos cranking up separatist sentiment are paid American actors possessing no morals.
