it wasn’t a parade for him, 40M parade for a person would be fiscally irresponsible, he’s sad more people didn’t attend for the soldiers, he’s such a kind soul always thinking of others, he’ll be really happy the “No King”protests had giant crowds, even in the rain, millions of people worldwide

I never served a day in uniform but I lived 20 years as a dependent. Our lives were determined by my Dad’s orders. We followed him to every assignment excepting Vietnam and Afghanistan. I loved it from my 1st memories in Germany til the last duty station at the Presidio. DJT can’t change that.

What’s really sad is that our US Armed Forces should be honored and celebrated always, and especially on the 250th anniversary of the US Army. But selfish, petulant Rump had to co-opt their day and make it all about him, and deprive the Army and all Americans of the celebration they had planned.

Trump may have had a sad disappointing day because of the very low turnout at his pity party parade. I bet however that later turned into an angry rage filled night in the White House as those ketchup bottles were getting thrown around by him hitting and splattering the walls.

On Friday I trolled that someone should bring a boombox and play circus calliope music to undermine the pomp, but heck it would have gone a long way to improve the gloomy lethargy.

We could have honored our Army in so many better ways they deserve. To use the Army in the same sentence with that bone spur faking Mussolini wannabe for his own personal adoration and enrichment is abhorrent. A draft dodger leads our military. Our military leaders need to address this in Congress
