The US does not have a healthcare system, it has a healthcare sector. Until focus shifts from "healthcare" as a profit center to a system focused on defeating disease & creating health, the specter of financial gain will loom over even life & death decisions. If we all had health care, we would not need insurance. Insurance is not health care.

No plans other than to cut poor and working class families out of the American dream

If Republicans are attacking Obamacare as a "sinkhole", "boondoggle" and 'can't be saved', do you think they'll negotiate in good faith on the subsidies after a shutdown? Now is the time to fix subsidies. They lost that fight before and when we enroll costlier health insurance, they'll lose again.
