ICE is selecting for sociopathic traits. They have to be. It's standard practice in other professions where the higher ups want people who won't hesitate to do evil things for "the greater good" without getting PTSD like a normal person.

ICE is trumps personal militia which he has placed above the law. We know trump only cares for the law when he can use it to attack his enemies, which includes all Americans. Even his loyal supporters will eventually find themselves targeted by him

Reading this earlier today actually made me cry. I had to sit with myself for a while and just grieve for these people. I hate that people are ok with this

I wondered when this story would be picked up...ice hasn't been reformed. If city police performed their duties in the same wreck less manner this country would be uniformly outraged. There is a way to detain people without pulling your gun

If we win midterms, Congress needs to basically take away their money, power of immunity, shutter all private prison facilities and put in place more immigration attorneys and judges. Set up immigration to succeed, not a threat, prison or death. There needs to be a way forward.
