The entire military is organized around an obsolete model of warfare and US world role that is gone. Take this opportunity to tear up the old strategies and rebuild it for a future where we don’t topple governments conduct occupations or plan to go to send the army to war with China

Rebuild the military? We have the 3rd largest active military in the world...and one of the highest per capita among developed nations.

Somebody should tell him his stupid attack on Iran has destroyed any semblance of "deterence" that the US was projecting.

I guess when he says "rebuild" he means the bases in the Middle East that were destroyed by Iran.
