Do I want my contributions to governance spent on this? No. It isn't a priority. Starmer said he was going to be an accountable public servant. This expenditure wouldn't be that. Even if it enables other fans to attend. Same for England playing abroad if people don't want to host us.

Astonishing that after the furore on Friday, there isn't a single mention on the BBC of these fans being banned from playing locally in Israel because the fans were firebombing the Israeli police. Are the Israeli police now also antisemitic?
