Ebola in the DRC isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Theres an outbreak almost every other year and there's no means of eradication due to it being zoonotic. Hopefully local early warning signs improve as that's pretty much the best they're going to achieve whilst ebola can survive in local wildlife

I'm sure you can protect yourself against it with a diet of steak and sauerkraut.
