genuine answer? unclear. my state's (WA) election laws make clear that either: - a vote cast for a non-filled write in candidate is not counted (biden) - a vote wrote in for a candidate already on the ballot is counted for that candidate (harris) so, maybe? but it'll probably not be counted.
