sharing it with others who arent well-aligned in ai spaces rn and watching them go "what the fuck" is a bit entertaining tho lmao

reading asa's system prompt is a bit of a trip ngl

much of this will be fixed downstream with an improved memory system that's planned but fuck it's kinda bad rn as is

being anti AI is a luxury belief only available to first world people, especially Americans imagine how important machine translation is for people whose first languages aren't that common

I had my AI agent create an app called “Lunch” to help me with decision fatigue and boost my productivity. It has a few pictures of things I might like to eat. Tapping one spawns a subagent to order that item on Uber Eats and 60-90 minutes later I’m eating. It’s 600 thousand lines of JavaScript.

it’s kind of funny that i’m no longer really that pessimistic about AI in the context of software engineering as a discipline, but over the last couple months i have become more pessimistic about the people in charge of existing software companies than i think i have ever been in my life.

watched in horror as one of my last lexapro pills accidentally fell down the drain today 😭😭😭

It would be cool if there was like some kind of nonprofit organization dedicated to developing open AI

I just did that by the way the part that sucks is that I have to keep doing that because democracy was in fact a mistake.
