here in oregon we have the not-yet-dead party of dentists against fluorine, who modernly argue (and get news paper column inches and television time) that fluorine (in muni water systems) causes unmeasurable, but WICKED IMPORTANT losses in munchkins minds. tedious that unmeasurable is always true.
