Question. Is there a way to draw in the program. Because this would be perfect for a minecraft build im working on that had 5 mirrored petals

no, but it supports copy-paste, so you can easily draw in any program (paint, aseprite, etc.) and quickly copy-paste a selection to and from this tool :)
