It's not that LLMs aren't useful. It's not that some agentic AI can be useful. It's mostly that 99.9% of people using these tools do not know the difference between a tool-call and a LLM-driven tool-call. Still blows my mind every time someone is confused when agent "ignores [my] instructions."

Because the companies spent years claiming "just tell it what you want" is how their products work.
