We will have to see if Prop 40 passes (and, bizarrely, Props 41 and 42 lose) but it is too bad it did not contain a provision that any entity seeking to pay a billionaire's one-time tax bill, would itself be subject to the tax. I would love to see California get 5% of Meta's holdings.
