Retired lady who continues to be optimistic that truth and justice will prevail. Really wish we could give women a chance to run the world. Still hoping for the best. Have been blessed with some fine people in my life. Oh - and I have never voted GOP

Update your priors, when you see "Johns Hopkins" you shouldn't think "good school" or "medical research," you should think "hedge fund that lives off taxpayer money and drops its claimed standards to collaborate with fascists" because that's what the school decided to make itself.

As a result of our lawsuit, guards at "Alligator Alcatraz" are required to allow people detained at the facility to call their lawyers, in accordance with the Constitution. Yet when our clients asserted their right to access phones, guards brutally beat them. ICE must be held accountable.

Our president is the smallest and most repulsive of men. An embarrassment not just to our country but to our species.
