Is there any effective way to stop all Bridgy Fed posts appearing in my feeds? I have zero interest in seeing them and regard them as rather annoying.

you can use the @pds.labeler.tny.im to hide posts from accounts labeled as hosted on bridgyfed

Unfortunately they specifically don't support Bridgy. Thanks so much for the suggestion though.

If you are wondering why some PDS don't get a label: - atproto.brid.gy has too many repos and none of them have custom handles; no point in crawling that PDS and spamming labels for accounts that obviously belong to Bridgy Fed. - Other big but missing PDSs: I probably considered them spam/fishy

atproto.brid.gyBridgy FedBridgy Fed is a bridge between decentralized social networks like the fediverse, Bluesky, and web sites and blogs.

can try @bb.bsky.natalie.ee. I haven't used it but the tin says that's what it does

This opinion also exists on the other side... 🤣 It's not the bridge, it's some of the people who are annoying.
