Term / age limits, legal repercussions for bribes, and taking rape seriously as a violent and demented crime would solve most problems. Expanding the court is a no trainer, it should be 24 justices. 9 leaves it unbalanced, giving a couple justices outsized influence and reach.

We need to expand SCOTUS to 13 ASAP. It’s the only way we can right this ship for good.

Every issue you send to SCOTUS during this regime is just another precedent that a future court will have to undo. You CANNOT make progress until you stack SCOTUS, imoeach, remove, and convict. Those are your only priorities right now. Nothing else matters.

Big oil owns at least half of the US Senate and just over half of the US House of Representatives. Until we end Citizens United, big oil, big pharma, and big tech will continue to own elected officials, especially the greedy MAGA Republicans.

The courts are corrupt. You think pleading with them through a social media post does anything? Congress needs to be fired. All of Congress.

I hope this means that you will vote no on the Bipartisan Affordability and American Jobs Act. It eliminates federal and corporate responsibility for destruction of cultural heritage. It allows O&G to destroy our communities with impunity.

With SCOTUS composition, I think this case is going to go in favor of the fossil fuel industry. I hope I am wrong.
