The Justice Department has issued a new legal opinion stating that federal disability law does not require states to provide community-based services simply because a person with a disability could live outside an institution.

They are trying to bring run for profit asylums back. They love for profit prisons and they will try to do the same to everyone with a disability.

Same as before. Women who have any voice will just be declared “hysterical” and thrown in. History has decided to repeat itself and not simply rhyme.
