They know the rich will always be able to access cutting edge healthcare, so this will disproportionately kill the poor. And the first poor it will kill are those they callously think are simply a drain on the system - the ill, disabled and unhoused. It’s eugenics. And it’s genuinely evil.

Their people have the money to get cancer screening and cancer treatments. This affects the average person who can’t afford that luxury and people will die needlessly.
