We need a Constitutional amendment to add breathable and and drinkable water to the rights of all people. And then the legislation to bring it into being.

Richest country in the world everybody...

That's a violation of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness as being sick from bad water prevents you from seeking them.

America must begin developing and delivering an economic desalination effort soon...we're running out of time as we've allowed corporations and government to get away with polluting our water. And get rid of all the damn disposable plastics..

Are they trying to turn us into a Third World country? This is just going to encourage the brain drain. Why would people who can afford to leave the country, who care about their kids, want to stay? Are we great yet?

What!?!?!

If there is no expectation of drinkable water can there be any expectation by the government of payable taxes?
